The people of New York Dental Group really do care about your dental health, and we want you to be able to receive the necessary dental treatment you need when you need it. For this reason we accept several payment options: insurance, patient payment or financing.
Insurance
It seems every dental plan is different! And we accept many different plans. Some dental plans cover 100% of one service, but do not cover another. Other plans may cover 50% of the same service. Many require co-pays, but only for certain types of visits. We are not responsible for how your insurance covers each procedure, but we will bill your insurance company for you after each visit. After the insurance company pays their part, or after 30 days have passed with no payment, we will bill you for the balance. When it comes to paying your part of the bill, we have a couple of options for that, too. Read on!
Patient Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. If you have insurance, we will bill your insurance carrier first. Otherwise you can pay immediately following your appointment with cash, check or credit card. See below for financing options which are available for those times when paying in full may not be possible.
Finance options
Do not let the cost of your necessary dental procedures keep you from getting them taken care of in a timely manner. For those situations CareCredit may be the answer! CareCredit is an easy to use payment plan for your dental treatments. It is like a credit card, but its use is limited to health costs.
